Effective Date and Agreement
Effective July 25, 2026. These Terms of Use govern your use of PrintHub: Print & Scan, including its app extensions, features, content, and services (collectively, the “App”). The App is provided by the developer identified on its App Store product page (“PrintHub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Apple Terms and License
The App is licensed, not sold. These Terms supplement the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”) and the App Store Usage Rules. The Apple Standard EULA is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If these Terms conflict with terms that Apple requires to control, the applicable Apple terms control. Subject to those terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.
Eligibility
You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms. If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. A parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for a user who cannot legally accept them independently.
Use of PrintHub
PrintHub helps you scan, import, create, organize, edit, annotate, export, and print documents. You are responsible for reviewing every document, page, annotation, print setting, export, and recipient before completing an action. You are also responsible for the device, network connection, printer, paper, ink or toner, and any third-party service used with the App.
Your Content
You retain your rights in documents, images, contacts, text, annotations, and other content that you provide to the App (“Your Content”). You grant PrintHub only the limited permission needed to process Your Content on your device and through services you deliberately select, such as an AirPrint-compatible printer, the iOS share sheet, a file provider, or a website opened for URL import. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use, edit, share, export, and print Your Content.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the App to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, contractual duties, or printer and network access rules. You may not distribute malware, interfere with the App or its services, bypass purchase or access controls, abuse free-use allowances, or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except where applicable law expressly permits it. You are responsible for protecting confidential or sensitive documents and for obtaining consent before processing another person’s information.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Some App functions may be free, limited, or available through an auto-renewable subscription. The exact product, billing period, localized price, included access, and any trial or promotion are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm payment. Payment is charged by Apple to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it through your Apple Account settings before renewal. Prices may include or be subject to taxes and may change as permitted by Apple and applicable law. Apple manages billing, renewals, purchase history, cancellation, and refund requests.
Trials, Free Use, and Restore
A free trial or one-time free output allowance applies only when the App and App Store purchase sheet show that you are eligible. Unless the purchase sheet states otherwise, a trial converts to a paid auto-renewable subscription when it ends. Apple recommends cancelling a free or discounted trial at least 24 hours before it ends if you do not want it to renew. Cancelling or restoring a purchase does not create cash value or a transferable credit. A cancelled or failed print, export, or purchase should not consume a free output allowance. Eligibility, restoration, and active access are determined using Apple purchase records and the subscription service described in the Privacy Policy.
Printing, Importing, and External Services
Printer discovery, printer capabilities, print quality, margins, color, duplex behavior, output order, and availability depend on iOS, the local network, the selected AirPrint-compatible printer, its driver or firmware, and physical supplies. Imported files or websites may render differently from their source applications. When you open a web URL, use a file provider, share content, or send a print job, the relevant third party may process data under its own terms and privacy policy. PrintHub does not control or guarantee third-party content, services, file formats, or printers.
Intellectual Property
The App, its software, design, branding, and developer-provided content are owned by PrintHub or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or grant rights to PrintHub names, logos, or other brand features. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve the App without an obligation to compensate you, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
Availability and Changes
We may update, add, limit, suspend, or remove App features to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, compatibility, or product quality. The App may be unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, App Store services, subscription-service outages, printer availability, device limitations, or events outside our control. We do not promise that every feature, file type, website, printer, or service will remain available.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, compatibility, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. PrintHub is a document utility and does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, archival, or other professional advice. You should keep independent backups and verify important output before relying on it. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintHub and its licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, documents, profits, business, opportunity, or goodwill arising from the App or external services. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These limitations do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer-protection law.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using and delete the App at any time. Your subscription must be cancelled separately through Apple if you do not want it to renew. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful use, material breach of these Terms, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related terms, will survive.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, subscriptions, service providers, law, or security practices. The updated version will show a new effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent. Continuing to use the App after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
General
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Apple Standard EULA, and applicable App Store purchase terms form the agreement governing your use of the App. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. Headings are provided only for convenience.
Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to printhub.help@outlook.com. The developer’s legal identity and contact details are also shown on the App Store product page. Mandatory rights and remedies available in your country or region remain unaffected.
